Learning outcomes

  • Identify early stay-risk signals that show up in German hybrid and on-site teams.
  • Design manager check-ins that separate status updates from retention conversations.
  • Draft a 90-day continuity plan for one critical role, including knowledge handoffs.
  • Brief leadership with a short retention narrative that includes honest limitations.

Modules

  1. Module 1 — Retention as weekly work Reframe employee retention consultation away from annual surveys toward observable routines.
  2. Module 2 — Stay-signal map Annotate workload, recognition, role clarity, and growth friction using a shared scorecard.
  3. Module 3 — Conversation frames Practice short scripts that invite candor without turning every chat into a performance review.
  4. Module 4 — Works-council awareness Educational overview of how co-determination can shape retention initiatives in Germany—not legal advice.
  5. Module 5 — Continuity for critical roles Build handoff checklists, shadowing calendars, and documentation that people will actually open.
  6. Module 6 — Leadership briefs Write a one-page narrative that names risk, cost of delay, and a realistic intervention window.
  7. Module 7 — 90-day studio close Peer critique of your continuity plan and a personal practice cadence for the next quarter.

Learner notes

The stay-signal map forced us to admit our “quiet quitters” were mostly people drowning in unclear priorities. Module 5’s handoff checklist is now taped next to our deploy board.

Useful, though Module 4 stays high-level—if you need works-council strategy, bring your own advisor. The conversation frames still earned the seat.

FAQ

Is this legal advice for German employment law?

No. Logiccomputeplus provides educational employment consultations. Retention Continuity Studio does not replace counsel, works-council negotiations, or formal HR policy drafting.

How much time should I block each week?

Most learners set aside three to four hours weekly across five weeks, including one peer critique session.

What is a real limitation of the course?

We do not diagnose individual employees or intervene in active disputes. If a case involves alleged misconduct or formal complaints, you need your internal process and qualified advisors—our studio will not step into that lane.

Can multiple managers from one company join?

Yes. Shared enrollment often improves continuity plans because peers share the same org context. Ask us about cohort discounts via contact.
